Providing Online and Onsite Training for PCQI for Human and Animal Foods, FSVP, Food Defense and Basic HACCP, Advanced HACCP, Juice HACCP, Seafood HACCP, Egg HACCP, Food Package Manufacturing HACCP, Microbiological Environmental Monitoring Programs HACCP, Produce HACCP, Cultivated Meat HACCP, Dietary Supplements HACCP, Food Safety Omics HACCP, Artificial Intelligence and Food Safety HACCP, Retail HACCP, Food Traceability Plan HACCP, Applications of GIS, GPS in Food Safety HACCP, Applications of AI-Based Sensors and Smartphones in Food Safety HACCP (Pocket Lab) using current scientific, technical and regulatory understanding of food safety, quality, security, defense, traceability and authenticity. The Institute also provides training on the applications of space-age science and technology used by NASA, USGS and JPL such as hyperspectral imaging, microscopy, GIS and GPS in food safety by using biosensors, chemosensors and the AI-Based Pocket Smartphone Lab.
